DOGS

Baby Puppy Dog (Opposite in Show)

  1. Hartly Rumble Onth Red Carpet

Exhibit number 2. Almost 6 month old sable and white male. Correct almond shaped, dark and obliquely place eye giving him a sweet expression. Well placed ears.  A well rounded muzzle and good depth of underjaw. His stop could be more defined.  Arched neck, level topline with correct slope of croup, low set, long tail. Balanced angulation fore and aft.  Moved out and back straight which is great for his age. Side gait was balanced with good reach and drive.

  1. Summerset Jack Frost

Exhibit number 1. Blue merle male 5 months old. Good blue colour with well broken up merling. Sweet expression with almond shaped eye, good under jaw. Arched neck into level topline. Balanced angulation.  Would like a little more length of ribcage which would give him more length of body as he looks square. Beautiful long tail. Solid temperament. Moves close behind but has a smooth side gait.

Minor Puppy Dog (Minor in Show)

  1. Lizneb Show Me How You

Exhibit number 3. A flashy golden sable male with a big white collar. Sweet expression and lovely dark almond shaped eye. Well balanced head with well rounded muzzle and flat skull. Good length of neck into level topline and sloping croup with a long tail. Would like a little more length of upper arm, beautifully angulated behind. Moved well out and back. He wasn’t happy today but hope his attitude improves with time as he’s a very promising puppy.

Puppy Dog

  1. Hartly Just Like That

Exhibit number 4. A golden sable male with a correctly placed, dark almond shaped eye. Well set ears and ear placement that he used at every opportunity. The bridge of his nose dropped slightly giving the impression of more length of muzzle than back skull. He also lacked underjaw. Well arched neck flowing into a level topline on the stack.  He is short in upper arm but has good turn of stifle. Long tail, oval feet and in excellent coat. Side gait lacked reach and with his good drive he tended to over reach. He was Mr. Personality Plus and wagged his tail non stop.

Junior Dog (Best Dog under 18 Months)

  1. Juzvee Just Try N Catch Me

Exhibit number 5. A very attractive golden sable male. Balanced head with a dark almond shaped eye, flat back skull, rounded muzzle and good underjaw. Correctly placed ears which he used well. All together giving him a very pleasing expression.  Arched neck.  His topline dips slightly behind the whither which was noted on the move as well as the stack. Would like a little more upper arm, good turn of stifle and lovely long tail. Needs to develop in chest, move well out and back.  He was in very good coat for his age and he showed his little head off.

Intermediate Dog (Intermediate in Show)

  1. Ch Hartly Big Bang

Exhibit number 7. Very attractive, masculine golden sable male who cuts a lovely outline. Beautiful upper arm and lay of shoulder and good turn of stifle. A dark eye that I would prefer more almond shaped. He has a definite stop. Flat skull, good depth of underjaw and a well rounded muzzle. Long, arched neck into level topline, sloping croup and long tail. Oval feet. Excellent coat and condition. Can stand a little cow hocked behind but when he moves he is quite straight. Effortless side gait.

  1. Glenmurry Gold rush By Nite

Exhibit number 6. Flashy little sable male with a big white collar and in good coat, very rich in tone.  A dark eye.  A Balance head with a rounded muzzle. Well set ears which he used well. Would prefer more length to his neck but it was arched.  Topline level and correct slope to croup. Upright shoulder and short in ribcage. Would like him to be longer in body.  His side gait was balanced but I’d like more reach and drive.  Is a real showman and was beautifully handled and presented.

Australian Bred Dog (Aust Bred in Show)

  1. Sup Ch Hartly How About That

Exhibit number 11. A fully finished, masculine male with a harmonious outline. His pretty Golden coloured coat, in its abundance, finished a beautiful picture. His correctly placed, dark, almond shaped eye, full round muzzle, balanced wedged shaped head and perfect ear placement gave him the sweetest of expressions. Good length and arch of neck into level topline and correct slope of croup. Perfectly balanced angulation all round. Finished off with his long tail. Single tracked out and back. Moved around the ring effortlessly. A real gentleman who took the day in his stride. A well deserving Best in Show winner today.

  1. Nigma Argyll

Exhibit number 10. Golden sable, masculine boy.  Wedged shaped and balanced head with the flattest of skulls.  Dark, almond and oblique eye with perfect ears, which he used well, giving him a very pleasing expression. Would like tighter lips but still has a well, rounded muzzle. Good length and arch of neck into level topline. Tail short and set slightly high which was noted on the move. Would like a little more length of upper arm. He has quite good rear angulation. Single tracked out and back.  Good coat quality but not in full coat yet.  Showed himself off beautifully.

  1. Ch Beauideal Turn On The Charm

Exhibit number 13. A plain, golden male in good coat and condition.  A dark, almond shaped eye, balanced head with a flat skull and a rounded muzzle. Well placed ears. Good length of body. Would like more depth of ribcage and a tighter elbow. Good neck into level topline and slope to croup. Balanced angulation. Shows beautifully. Moved well out and back. Well handled.

Open Dog

  1. Bluswell Black Diamond

Exhibit number 16. Stunning tri male with a shapely, balanced outline. Jet black coat which was so shiny and topped off with his huge white collar. A balanced, masculine head. Dark eye, flat skull, full, rounded muzzle and good underjaw. Well placed ears. Just wished he’d use them more.  Long, arched neck into a level topline, correct slope to croup and long tail that touched the ground. Loved his depth and length of ribcage so needed in any working dog and not easily found. Well balanced angulation which gave him his effortless side gait with reach and drive. Single tracked out and back. Excellently presented.  It would have been so much closer for best dog if he had of gave more of himself on the day.  Well deserving of RES DCC.

  1. Ch Beauideal Playing It Cool

Exhibit number 14. A Golden sable, masculine male in abundant coat and well presented. A dark eye and sweet expression.  A stronger head than my winners. He has pronounced cheeks which broaden his head somewhat. However it doesn’t distract from his balanced skull and muzzle and flat skull. His long, arched neck carries his head proudly. Flowing into level topline and graceful sweep of croup. He needs more length of upper arm but he has a really good turn of stifle.  He can stand wide in front at times and would like a little more length of ribcage. Single tracked out and back. He was happy with his tail at times but I’d say it’s because of his super temperament.

  1. Ch Lyndream Imperial Moet

Exhibit Number 15.  An attractive, golden sable male with a white collar.  His dark, almond shaped eye and well placed ears giving him a sweet expression. Balanced head and well rounded muzzle. He could have a flatter skull. Arched neck and level topline into a correct slope of croup.  Would like more length of upper arm.  He has an excellent turn of stifle. He lacks depth of chest. He moved smoothly and straight out and back.  Unfortunately this boy lacked his coat today to finish the overall picture. His coat was in good condition and well presented.

BITCHES

Baby Bitch (Baby Puppy in Show)

  1. Hartly Rocking The Red Carpet

Exhibit number 21. Almost 6 months of age. A dark, almond shaped eye, balanced head, that needs to flatten in skull.  Would like her to have more stop as she has fill. A well rounded muzzle and good underjaw. Good ear placement. Loved her outline.  Long neck, level topline, slopey croup and very long tail. Well  balanced angulation. Moved well for one so young and was true out and back. Today could settle a bit more but I think that will come with age.

  1. Brashelle Sweet Daisy

Exhibit number 19. Absolutely stunning little tri with white collar and jet black coat with rich tan. Got some attitude this one. Perfect ears, dark almond shaped eyes.  I’d like her back skull flatter but her head is beautifully balanced, lovely rounded muzzle and smooth foreface and depth of underjaw. Well arched neck into level topline.  Balanced shoulder angulation and turn of stifle.  Long tail slightly high set and she liked to hold it up.  Hopefully with age she learns to keep that down.  Moved well out and back.

  1. Summerset April Showers

Exhibit number 20. A feminine, tri colour girl. Very sweet expression due to her correct ear placement and dark eye. Long neck into level topline. Well balanced angulation and long tail that touches the ground. Moved well out and back and around. With a lovely temperament as well.  I just hope she grows on for her owner as she has a lot of potential.

Puppy Bitch (Puppy in Show)

  1. Beauideal Fancy Free

Exhibit number 23. Very pretty, feminine sable bitch in beautiful coat.  Excellent, dark, almond shaped eye and correct ear placement.  Balanced head with a flat skull, well rounded muzzle and tight lips. Flowing outline and well balanced angulation. Moves close behind.  Adequate side gate. Good length of tail and in excellent coat. Alert showmanship with a sweet nature.

  1. Hartly Keepers Diamond

Exhibit number 24.  Stunning tri bitch with a huge white shawl. Jet, black, shiny coat and good tan. Taller than the winner.  She is longer in foreface so head isn’t quite balanced tending to lack underjaw. Back skull short and falls away. She has a dark, almond shaped eye. Perfect ears and ear placement which she used well.  Long neck into level topline, correct slope of croup and long tail.  Well angulated all round giving her long reach and drive. The breed type of the sable and her head was just that bit sweeter. However I really love this bitches conformation.

Junior Bitch (Junior in Show & Best Bitch Under 18 Months)

  1. Ch Beauideal Love In The Dark (Reserve Bitch Challenge)

Exhibit number 28. An absolutely stunning, truly feminine, tri colour bitch with the sweetest of expressions with dark almond shaped eye, flat skull, balanced head and perfectly set ears. Flowing outline with arched neck into a level topline and slope to croup. Balanced angulation all round. She moved well out and back. Graceful movement. In good coat and condition for a junior. Showed her little, pretty head off. She gave me much pleasure in giving her RES BCC today.

  1. Sheltoah Sugar N Spice

Exhibit number 25. Golden sable bitch with white collar.  Very pretty expression due to her dark, almond shaped eye. Good ears. Finer in muzzle than the winner.  Would have liked a little more strength of bone but that could come with age and maturity. Good neck, level topline, slope to croup giving her a pleasing outline. Excellent front and rear angulation which showed on her side gait. Single tracked out and back. She needs to grow in confidence as she was unsettled today.

  1. Lizneb In The Skye W Diamonds

Exhibit number 27. A very pretty, red bitch with a big white collar in good coat and condition. Dark almond shaped eye and pretty expression. Needs more underjaw. Perfectly set ears and ear placement. Would like better length of upper arm. Well angled rear end.  Arched neck and level topline, long tail and good croup. Moved adequately but was wide behind going away.  Showed well.

Intermediate Bitch

  1. Thurrana Theresa Blue Sky

Exhibit number 32. Soft, powdery coloured blue merle with hints of silver through her abundant coat. Well broken up merling. Balanced head with a flat skull and good ears. Her eyes are rounded. She has a well rounded muzzle and good underjaw. Would like more length of neck. She has a level topline, good croup and low set tail. Angulation is balanced and moved well. Single tracked out and back. Needs a bit of animation but has a lovely temperament and well presented.

  1. Hartly Mumms The Word

Exhibit number 31. A pretty sable bitch with a flat skull and rounded muzzle. A dark, almond shaped eye with a definite stop. Has an arched neck of good length.  Would like a stronger topline. Correct slope to croup.  Slightly short in upper arm.  Good turn of stifle.  She carried her head a too proudly for me on the move however she moved with purpose. In excellent coat today.  Just wished she had of projected herself a bit better today as she just wouldn’t show herself.

Australian Bred Bitch

  1. Ch Hartly Crystal Clear

Exhibit number 35. A stronger, shaded sable bitch with a big white collar. Balanced head, flat skull, well rounded muzzle, good underjaw and smooth foreface. Dark, almond shaped eye. Correct ears that she used at every opportunity.  Arched neck into level topline, balanced angulation down to compact, oval feet. Good length of rib and depth of rib and long tail. Loved this bitches strong body.  Moved easily around the ring and was straight out and back. Just would like her to be a wee more feminine.

  1. Lizned Skyes Ov Diamonds

Exhibit number 36. Golden to red sable bitch. A dark eye but would like a more almond shaped eye. Her skull could be flatter. She has a balanced head to muzzle, good underjaw and well placed ears. Arched neck and topline, good length of ribcage and depth of chest.  Long tail.  Carried herself well around the ring. Single tracked out and back. In good condition and lovely coat. Showed herself well.

  1. Sheltoah Popping Candy

Exhibit number 3. An immature bitch compared to the other 2 girls. However she has a lovely outline, she is flashy with a good coat. Dark, almond shaped eye and good ears. Flat skull but would like more strength in muzzle. Balanced angulation all round, arched neck into level topline and long tail. She moved well out and back. Her movement was not smooth with too much lift giving the impression of bouncing.  Lovely nature and showed well.

Open Bitch (Open in Show)

  1. Sheldan Give Me Some Time (Bitch Challenge)

Exhibit number 42. This girl really grabbed my eye the minute she stepped in the ring. Oh so feminine. Shaded sable girl with a sweet, dark, almond shaped eye. Perfect ear placement which she used at every opportunity. Balanced head, flat skull, rounded muzzle and smooth foreface.  Fair length of neck which is arched carrying her pretty head proudly. Level topline and slopey croup. Well angulated front and rear which gave her a ground covering side action. Single tracked out and back. Her coat was abundant and fitted her well. It was a bit dry so lacked shine. Gorgeous attitude showing herself really well. She’s just my type and was happy to award her the BCC and Runner Up to Best in Show.

  1. Ch Hartly Keep On Shining

Exhibit number 39. A very attractive, light, golden sable bitch with a big white collar and a harmonious outline. Stronger in head than the winner but still very sweet, with a dark almond eye, well rounded muzzle and a good underjaw. Ears light.  Balanced angulation with an excellent turn of stifle and drive. Good neck into level topline and slopey croup. Would like a slightly longer upper arm. Has a good turn of stifle. Carried herself well round the ring, single tracked out and back and just starting to come back into coat but it is in very good condition.
